The CRM your team will actually use
Most CRMs price on how many contacts you store, then charge again for the email tool you need to reach them. TazCRM gives you unlimited contacts, campaigns built in, and the cost of every send on screen before you commit to it.

A CRM and a campaign tool, not one plus the other
The moment a CRM can't send, you buy a second product and spend the next year keeping two lists in sync. TazCRM does both against one set of records.
Contacts
Every person your business has touched, in one searchable place — with no contact-count tier waiting to force an upgrade.
Explore contacts →Audiences & segments
Define an audience once — 'bought in the last 12 months' — and it resolves against live data every time you use it, so a list is never stale at send time.
Explore audiences & segments →Email & SMS campaigns
Compose, pick an audience, see exactly what the send will cost, and go. Same suppression rules across both channels.
Explore email & sms campaigns →Deliverability reporting
Send activity, template usage, and suppression counts — included, not gated behind a marketing-suite upgrade.
Explore deliverability reporting →You should know what a send costs before you send it
Almost every platform in this category prices email by tier or by contact count, which means the true cost of a campaign is something you reconstruct from an invoice weeks later.
TazCRM quotes each send up front: how many people it will actually reach after suppression, the rate, and the total. If that number is wrong for the campaign, you find out while you can still change it.

- Total

Useful on the first day
- 01
Your contacts are already there
TazCRM shares customer records with Tixoola ticketing and fundraising, so buyers and donors are contacts on day one. No import, no sync, no duplicates.
- 02
Build an audience, not a spreadsheet
Pick a segment or define your own. It resolves live, so the list is accurate the moment you press send rather than the day you exported it.
- 03
See the cost, then send
Recipient count, rate, suppressions, and total — on screen before you commit. No surprises at the end of the month.

What teams ask us first
Is there a contact limit?
No. Every plan includes unlimited contacts. The thing that scales with usage is what you send, not how many people you store — which is why the cost of a campaign is shown before you send it rather than appearing on an invoice later.
Do I need a separate email tool?
No. Composing, choosing an audience, seeing the cost, sending, and reading deliverability all happen in TazCRM. Suppression from unsubscribes and bounces applies across every campaign and channel automatically.
What's the difference between an audience and a group?
A group is a fixed list you add people to. An audience is a definition — 'bought in the last 12 months' — that resolves against live data every time you use it, so it is never stale at send time. You can fill a group from an audience when you want a snapshot.
Can we run several locations from one account?
Yes. An organization can have many locations, and each keeps its own contacts, audiences, and campaigns while rolling up to the organization. Franchises, chapters, and multi-venue operators use this rather than separate accounts.
How do we get our data out?
Contacts, group membership, and campaign history export to CSV at any time, at no cost and with no notice period. Your list is yours.
Does it work with the rest of Tixoola?
TazCRM shares the same customer records as Tixoola ticketing and fundraising, so someone who bought a ticket or donated is already a contact — no import, no sync, no duplicate records to reconcile.
Start with the contacts you already have
No import, no contract, no setup fee. If you already run Tixoola, your customers are waiting in there.
