Pricing questions
What does a campaign cost?
Each plan includes a monthly email allotment. Emails past that allotment, and SMS (except Growth's 100 included texts), are billed per message at the rate on your plan. The cost of each send is shown on screen before you commit, along with the recipient count after suppression.
Do you charge by contact count?
No. Contacts are unlimited on every plan. Storing people is not the expensive part; reaching them is, so that is what is priced.
Is there a contract?
No setup fee and no long-term contract. Free never needs a card. Starter and Growth require a card on file.
Who owns the data?
You do. Contacts, group membership, and campaign history export to CSV at any time, at no additional cost.
